In December 2010, the Canadian Task Force on Social Finance launched the landmark report, Mobilizing Private Capital for Public Good. This report formed the foundation of a strategy for building a robust impact investing marketplace in Canada, one that involves all sectors to address social challenges.
The newly launched MaRS Centre for Impact Investing is pleased to host the 2011 Social Finance Forum which focuses on creating meaningful interactions and learning opportunities to mobilize capital and inspire new ideas.
